From the 1960's this is a Ken practice pad! Wood frame with a 4" x 4" rubber playing surface. Can be used on a table top. Doesn't not look like it has any way to mount. This shows signs of use with scratches and scuffs. Plus a few added nails in the rubber playing surface. It has some surface cracks and gouges. It is still playable.
